DRAFT TEMPLATE — Wess writes and approves the real text. Structure for each monthly memo:

• Filed this month: the new files and drafts that were approved (link each one).
• Corrected: anything that went into the corrections log, with the date.
• Still open: one file that is truly unresolved, in one or two sentences, with its link.
• From the basement: one line in the Archivist’s voice. Tone only, never a new fact.

File closed. For now.
